Aufgaben

  • About the opportunity
  • We're looking for Head of Growth to own the german brand narrative inside a performance-obsessed org. You'll turn content creators, influencers, affiliates and press into revenue drivers, work side-by-side with the founders, Communications team, and Central Growth teams to launch stories that land installs, new customers and loyalty – fast.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Define and refine N26’s german voice
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers and content creators; negotiate performance-tied deals
  • Run the affiliate programme end-to-end –offer design, partner onboarding, payout optimisation
  • Secure tier-one earned media; partner with Comms team and founders for interviews, op-eds and thought-leadership moments
  • Launch community activations and events that spark UGC and referrals
  • Track weekly KPIs (installs, CAC, earned reach, revenue)
  • Feed local learnings into central paid, lifecycle and product squads; push for rapid iteration of winning plays

Fähigkeiten

  • 8+ years driving growth through influencers, affiliates or PR in Germany —fintech or high-growth consumer tech a plus
  • Proven record turning brand spend into installs, revenue and measurable awareness lift
  • Strong negotiation chops; you squeeze extra value and usage rights from every contract
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable pulling your own numbers in sql/looker and tying them to business impact
  • Fluent german and english; clear, direct communicator across creators and C-suite
  • Bias for action, love of fast feedback loops, high ownership mentality
