We’re seeking a Team Lead to lead Sales Strategy & Operations for AUTO1 Group’s B2B business. This strategic role is critical in supporting our ambitious growth targets (+750K units in 2025) by owning performance planning, forecasting, target setting, sales enablement, and operational execution across 10+ European markets.
This is a step-up role: not just managing OKRs, but defining them. You’ll shape the long-term sales strategy while bringing operational excellence to the day-to-day. You’ll partner with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BI, Product, and Tech to drive scalable and intelligent growth

Aufgaben
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and KPI framework across all EU markets
- Standardize and optimize sales processes, workflows, and automation
- Own sales tooling roadmap, including AI Sales Agent development and adoption
- Define lead-gen strategy, market intelligence models, and territory design
- Shape value propositions, GTM strategy, and pricing rollouts
- Partner closely with VP Sales, Country Directors, Finance, BI, and Marketing
Fähigkeiten
- 5–7 years experience in Sales Strategy & Operations, BizOps, Management Consulting, or GTM leadership
- Strong background in B2B — ideally SaaS, marketplaces, or sales-led models
- Proven experience launching internal sales tools, process automation, or AI-powered workflows
- Experience with account-based or enterprise sales models
- Excellent command of performance analytics, quota design, and funnel optimization
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders
- Fluent in English; other EU languages are a plus
