Aufgaben
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll-relevant data
- Provide reliable HR operations support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., onboarding and offboarding, issuing certificates, sickness and absence matters, etc.)
- Maintain compliant, efficient, and well-documented HR processes
- Support managers and employees with high service orientation and professionalism
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving processes, digitalisation, and organisational development
Fähigkeiten
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, payroll preparation, or similar HR role
- Experience with HRIS / HR tools and solid understanding of labour law and HR processes
- Strong attention to detail and high sense of responsibility
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment
- Fluency in German and English language
