Aufgaben
- Sales & Customer Service
- Active support and advice for our customers in their departments (Make Up, Skin Care, Hair Care, Fragrance) and beauty trends on the sales floor
- Living the Sephora Attitude (Welcoming, Knowing, Closing)
- Selling products through in-depth product knowledge and establishing customer relationships at eye level
- Passing on knowledge about products, trends and beauty news
- Services
- Continuous further development of your own expertise

- Short and insightful services in all departments
- Implementation of beauty classes
- Responsibility for the Beauty Hub
- Development of team looks to support brands, trends and animations
- Operations
- Ensuring product presentation in accordance with visual merchandising specifications
- Assortment and merchandise maintenance
- Ensuring that the sales floor is fully stocked and preparing products for sale
- Cleaning the furniture and products on the sales floor
- Warehousing & stocking of goods in the warehouse and on the sales floor
- Support with the conversion/construction of merchandising updates
- Carrying out inventories
- Operating cash register
- Additional tasks related to the daily business

- Good knowledge of the beauty industry & trends
- Fluent in English or native language of the country
