We are currently recruiting for the position of Spare Parts Coordinator for JBT Marel RFS (Retail Food Solutions).

Aufgaben

  • This role will be based in Osnabruck and focus on supporting our Customers in the DACH region with spare parts processing, orders, and related requests.
  • With your affinity for technical and commercial insights and your listening skills, you quickly understand what the customer's problem is and you ensure proper resolution of the issue.
  • Receive and process spare parts requests, being quotations, orders, return requests, delivery and price inquiries, from customers or internal organization
  • Follow all parts requests through to their completion
  • Prepare and follow up on spare parts quotations
  • Communicate with supply chain on availability, delivery dates or other important matters related to spare parts delivery
  • Escalate and resolve compromised service levels or customer expectations related to spare parts issues
  • Provide information as required for spare parts forecasting and demand planning
  • Plan and prepare spare parts packages for planned maintenance activities
  • Be empathetic and work as an advocate for customers
  • Ensure customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently
  • Communicate regularly with other individuals/departments within the organization
  • Other duties assigned due to the need of the business

Fähigkeiten

  • What kind of a person are you?
  • To be successful in this role, we also expect you to:
  • Have knowledge of Spare Part processes and warehousing, ideally worked in a Sales or Service environment
  • Have experience in using a corporate ERP system, e.g. SAP, Navision, S4, Dynamic Axapta or similar
  • Be a problem solver who works well under time constraints and with possible production setbacks
  • Be a team player; that enjoys working with people and deals well with feedback
  • Have a strong service mindset and ability to follow through and respect deadlines.
  • Good grammar and communication skills in German and English
  • Forklift license or willingness to obtain a license.
