Fabletics is currently looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager to join our Brand Communications Team , based in Berlin, Germany.

Founded in 2013, Fabletics brings the fashion-house approach into the activewear space. By fusing style-centric design with high-performance technology, we’ve evolved activewear beyond the gym, into every walk of life.

We’re looking for a creative and structured Social Media Manager with proven success in building campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert . If you’ve worked with fashion or lifestyle brands and know how to craft scroll-stopping content strategies, this role is for you.

Aufgaben

  • # Why this role is for you?
  • At Fabletics Europe, you’ll be in charge on of end-to-end social media campaign management across our organic social channels, shaping how our european fans experience our brand online. You’ll collaborate closely with our social media teams in Los Angeles on global campaign launches, while tailoring campaigns to fit European culture, trends, and audiences. Your work will be seen, shared, and celebrated across fashion and lifestyle communities.
  • This is your chance to bring bold creative ideas to life. You’ll be able to learn from our senior leaders and will report into Vice President Brand Communications & Partnerships.
  • # What you’ll do?
  • · Create with structure: Plan, organize, and oversee organic social media campaigns with precision—ensuring smooth rollout with internal teams and external partners across Retail, Wholesale, and Licensing.
  • · Create impact: Translate global brand initiatives into locally resonant stories that amplify our DNA in Europe.
  • · Drive strategy & creativity: Build and execute innovative organic social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms, rooted in fashion and lifestyle storytelling.
  • · Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Influencer, Brand Activation, and Media teams to push boundaries in organic content creation.
  • · Own performance: Manage content creation budgets, track KPIs, and deliver insightful monthly reports that demonstrate real brand growth and engagement.

Fähigkeiten

  • · Experience that counts: 3+ years managing social media campaigns, which drive brand visibility, reach and engagement - ideally within fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • · Creative edge with structure: You balance fresh, clever ideas with the ability to plan and execute them flawlessly.
  • · Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the European media, influencer, and cultural landscape.
  • · Analytical mindset: Comfortable with Social Media KPIs, reporting, A/B testing and optimizing for results.
  • · Collaboration skills: Proven ability to partner across teams and geographies.
  • · Fashion & lifestyle passion: An authentic connection to trends, culture, and active living.
