To support our team of Project Managers responsible for company and client projects, we are looking for an

ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

to join our team at the earliest opportunity (full-time employment).

Aufgaben

  • Support in planning and management of:
  • Manufacture and quality control of medicinal products
  • Non-clinical studies
  • National and international regulatory interactions
  • Clinical trials
  • Support in project budget and resource management
  • Support in planning and facilitating clinical development of innovative medicines from bench to market
  • Review and evaluation of project proposals
  • National and international teamwork and close collaboration with customers and partners
  • Coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Contribution to the development and implementation of project management best practices and tools

Fähigkeiten

  • Completed Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or a related field
  • Preferably experience in pharmaceutical research and development, industry, or equivalent in the field of manufacturing, pre-clinical, and/or clinical trials
  • Excellent self-organization skills
  • Flexibility and proactive working style
  • Ability to comprehend and oversee complex projects and prioritize required actions
  • Enjoy working in cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel internationally multiple times (approx. 4-8 times) per year
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
  • Professional working knowledge of common software packages (e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Project)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
