• Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results through active management and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver complex monthly reporting, including actuals and year-to-go forecasts with clear insights.
• Analyse and present monthly performance to the departmental managers, identifying key trends, potential risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
• Support the annual budgeting process, including planning, reporting and presentation, involving close collaboration with department managers and preparation of budget packages.
• Design and develop new financial reports and analytics to enhance visibility, drive profitability and strategic decision making.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, such as internal process optimization, cost saving initiatives, and control enhancements.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of financial KPI’s and performance metrics.
• Process-oriented with a logical and inquisitive way of working, competent in identifying efficiencies and improvements.
• Proven knowledge in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Willingness to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with knowledge in presenting complex information clearly.
• Strong time management skills with the willingness to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Operations Finance or Manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO modules.
• Background in FMCG or a similar fast-paced, product-driven sector is preferred.
