Are you ready to play a crucial role in shaping trivago’s financial future? Our FP&A team is at the heart of transforming company strategy into actionable financial plans and insights. As a Financial Planning Analyst, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that ensures the accuracy of our financials and empowers management with data-driven decision-making capabilities. We’re looking for an analytical mind who’s passionate about financial modelling and process improvement to help drive our continued success. Aufgaben

  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance development capabilities.
  • Participate in infrastructure automation projects and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and documentation.
  • Share insights from your academic learning, and support peers by bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Learn and assist in maintaining and troubleshooting system reliability and performance
  • Support the team in monitoring and improving infrastructure operations
  • Collaborate on automation projects to reduce manual operations
  • Help implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters and service deployments
  • Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical issues
  • Contribute to documentation and process improvements

Fähigkeiten

  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week and ability to commute to campus twice a week
  • Enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (must maintain student status)
  • Good Knowledge of Git
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform)
  • Basic knowledge of Linux systems and networking concepts
  • Basic Knowledge of DevOps, deployments, infrastructure automation and CI/CD
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, asking questions, and seeking feedback.
  • What makes you stand out:
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Experience with network management (e.g. DHCP)
  • Experience with any monitoring tooling (InfluxDB, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
