A classy renovation and design brand in West London are specialists within the commercial and residential sector. They have worked with landlords, architects, designers and other companies, making sure the job is completed to a high standard and on a pre-agreed budget. They are looking for someone outstanding, ambitious, has worked on projects £500k or more. This can be a sales Directors position managing a team OR you come in as a Business Development Director!
Aufgaben
- The purpose of this role is to help the CEO to grow the business, so you MUST have experience in the Construction industry, working with Architects, Surveyors and Housebuilders.
- *Develop and implement business development and sales strategies. *Research market trends, identify potential clients, and expand our client base. *Build and maintain relationships with architects, project developers, and industry professionals. *Collaborate with the marketing team on targeted campaigns. *Conduct market research and competitor analysis. *Identify and pursue partnership opportunities. *Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities. *Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients. *Track and analyse sales performance, providing strategic recommendations.
Fähigkeiten
- Have you worked for a business with a proven track record of growing the business from the ground up with your Sales Strategies and Sales?
- We are after someone entrepreneurial, exciting, passionate and experienced within the Construction Industry.
- Is that you?
- *Previous sales director role in a construction company with an annual turnover of £10 million+. *Proven experience in building and leading sales teams to increase company turnover. *Strong understanding of key sales metrics and performance measurement.
