Aufgaben
- Gather user insights through research and testing, refining designs based on feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications with attention to detail.
- Help define product requirements and specifications in cross-functional teams.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Maintain design systems to ensure consistency and stay current with trends.
Fähigkeiten
- Several years of experience in product design, including managing a complex product portfolio in a fast-paced, innovative company.
- Experience in the EV charging sector is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with agile product management frameworks, user research methods, and prioritization techniques; skilled in tools like Atlassian Suite, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Clear communication, effective collaboration, and leadership with a solution-focused mindset.
- Fluent in English, comfortable in German, and bonus points for any other European languages.
