Aufgaben
- Lead technical projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary technical lead.
- Provide 3rd level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, remote tools and on-site.
- Support user and device management using Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID and M365 Admin Center.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows-based client/server systems using MDT or Intune Autopilot.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, printers, scanners, phones and other peripherals.
- Identify and document system requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business needs.
- Set up and support modern workplaces (notebooks, tablets, smartphones).
- Software deployment & patching using patch management and software deployment tools.
Fähigkeiten
- You are a flexible, logical and analytical thinker and fluent in oral and written German and English.
- You are team-oriented, have a structured, and proactive working style and the ability to work and remain calm under pressure.
- You possess a Class B driver’s license and the willingness to travel (approx. 25%).
- You have successfully completed vocational training as Fachinformatiker or equivalent IT qualification and proven experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level), ideally in a mid-sized business.
