Aufgaben
- Leading and advancing chromatographic methods for the characterization of active ingredients, pharmaceuticals, and excipients
- Ensuring robust analytical results with a focus on content determination, degradation products, stability profiles and degradation pathways
- Taking ownership of method validation and transfer to support CMC dossiers and product launches
- Managing internal and external chromatographic activities with operational excellence
- Strategically aligning method development with global development goals
- Fostering a culture of scientific excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Driving innovation and contributing to the global analytical strategy
Fähigkeiten
- PhD (or equivalent) in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Extensive experience in analytical chemistry, particularly in chromatographic techniques
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and direct reports
- Strong communication skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities
- Results-driven working style with a focus on regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Fluent English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus
