• Deliver hands-on on-site L2 support, resolving complex issues to maintain efficient operations
• Monitor help desk trends, identify recurring challenges, and drive improvements across IT services
• Facilitate onboarding and training for new IT team members
• Create and share clear training materials and documentation for the central IT L1 Support team
• Act as the primary interface between the manufacturing site and central IT, ensuring seamless on-site project execution
• Provide local insights to guide practical and effective IT solutions

• Extensive professional experience as an IT technician, system administrator, or in a similar role, with a strong focus on L2 support within a manufacturing environment
• Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments (clients and servers), Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services
• Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of ITIL principles and best practices for incident management, problem management, and change management
• Experience in first-line SAP support is considered an advantage
• Proven project management skills
• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) is an advantage
