- Act as a direct seller, driving sales and establishing the initial market presence for AFH products in Germany.
- Transition to building and structuring a larger sales team once initial sales targets are met.
- Assume full responsibility for the new branch's operations and strategy, with a clear path to becoming a company shareholder.
