IT Systems Engineer – Microsoft (Entra / Intune)

• Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including user lifecycle, conditional access policies, MFA, identity protection, and application integrations.
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Intune for device management (Windows, iOS), compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Provide day-to-day support for IT operations including user account management, device troubleshooting, patching, and software deployment.
• Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
• Contribute to IT security posture by implementing and maintaining policies aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist in IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical configurations.
• Collaborate with other IT team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues.

• 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or support, preferably in a Microsoft-centric environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra (Azure AD): identity management, conditional access, MFA, SSO
• Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune: device enrollment, compliance policies, endpoint security, application deployment
• Experience managing Windows 10/11 and mobile (iOS) devices
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Familiarity with security practices such as endpoint hardening, identity protection, and zero-trust concepts
• Scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation and administration tasks.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Fluent German and English
