Aufgaben

  • Provide 1st level support; Respond to user support requests and resolve technical problems in hybrid environment
  • Assist in managing Windows servers (installation, configuration, maintenance)
  • Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
  • Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
  • Edit document procedures and configurations

Fähigkeiten

  • Fluent German and English skills in spoken and written form
  • Basic knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022)
  • Experience in supporting end users on Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), including troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and basic network protocols as well as Entra ID
  • Some experience with virtualization (e.g., Proxmox, VMware) is a plus (optional)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
