Aufgaben
- Drive Cima Nutrition’s growth in the DACH pet food ingredients market.
- Engage closely with R&D and procurement teams to understand their needs.
- Visit R&D and purchasing departments of existing and potential customers in both dry and wet pet food; identify current and future needs.
- Present our specialized ingredient portfolio and promote the benefits for customer applications.
- Manage specific product groups, develop sales strategies, and deliver on budget and sales targets.
- Prepare high-quality product documentation and customer presentations.
- Build long-term, trust-based partnerships and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Contribute to the strategic development of the business of Cima.
Fähigkeiten
- Proven commercial experience selling ingredients to the pet food, food, or feed industries.
- Strong relationship-building skills with R&D and procurement teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities at senior purchasing level.
- A solid track record in business development and key account management.
- Interest in innovative, sustainable solutions; leadership potential is a plus.
- Fluency in German; good command of English.
- Residence in Germany and willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
