Aufgaben
- # As Senior Account Manager / Consultant you will:
- Support and consult one or more clients across a variety of exciting projects
- Translate client needs into actionable briefs, timelines and budgets
- Work closely with internal creative, strategy, production and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
- Be the key link between the client and the agency: keep everyone aligned and on track
- Monitor timelines, deliverables and budget constraints and help troubleshoot challenges early on
- Assist with client presentations, reporting, research and insights
- Support the Account Directors in developing strategic recommendations and spotting new opportunities
- Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues and collaborators
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Help shape our agency culture

- Run client relationships independently end-to-end & engage and lead a client
- A solid understanding of brand and campaign development & of social media platforms, trends and best practices – from content development to community management and paid media strategies
- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns across different platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- A natural feel for tone of voice and storytelling in social environments
- A hands-on, proactive way of working & the ability to take ownership of your projects
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- You’re collaborative, kind and know how to get things done as a team
- Play nicely with others: be nice & fair to everyone we work with
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
