Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.
Aufgaben
- As an HR Partner, you not only actively shape the future of our People Team, but also drive our international growth forward. You accompany the entire employee life cycle of our colleagues and proactively launch initiatives that elevate our employee experience to the next level. At the same time, you serve as a trusted sparring partner and point of contact for employees at all levels. Through your commitment, you strengthen our unique corporate culture and make it tangible every day.
- You are a trusted partner for our teams and leaders throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding and engagement to performance, learning, compensation, benefits, and offboarding.
- You proactively identify people-related challenges in your area of responsibility and independently develop and implement tailored solutions that make a real difference.
- You take an active role in shaping key HR projects in the areas of performance and learning & development – for example, by enhancing and executing our annual 360° feedback cycle, running employee surveys, or creating transparent and structured career paths.
- You help develop a forward-looking learning & development strategy that supports our people and aligns with our overall business goals.
- You continuously improve our HR processes to boost efficiency, drive company growth, and maximize team impact.
- You also support operational HR topics such as payroll, policies, absences, employment contracts, and contribute to the implementation of a modern HRIS tool.
Fähigkeiten
- You already have several years of professional experience as an HR business partner/ HR officer or similar, preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment and are passionate about innovative HR topics
- You have experience and enjoy planning, executing and implementing projects as part of people teams
- You have good knowledge in the implementation of performance, learning & development initiatives as well as experience in using HR/people enablement tools such as Leapsome
- You are hands-on, structured, results-oriented and have a passion for People & Culture topics as well as a high sense of responsibility
- You have a high level of social competence and impress with your discreet and confident manner when working with all stakeholders
- Communication in German and English is a matter of course for you
