Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.

Aufgaben

  • Build, maintain, and strategically expand relationships and alliances with decision-makers and authorities in the government sector.
  • Collaborate closely with our Business-to-Business partners (“agents”) and continuously grow this network worldwide.
  • Coordinate internal departments (e.g., production, development) to solve challenges and make proactive decisions that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Take responsibility for ongoing projects and serve as the primary point of contact for key decision-makers and authorities (e.g., Bundeswehr, police, fire department).
  • Identify tenders, opportunities, and customer needs in the Government & Defence sector and derive the necessary follow-up actions.

Fähigkeiten

  • A completed degree in Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in the defence and security sector, ideally with connections to the Bundeswehr and/or industry.
  • Strong knowledge of current technological developments in aerospace and an established personal business network in the relevant market segment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
  • High self-motivation and the ability to drive your area of responsibility independently.
  • Open, communicative, and competent demeanor, making you recognized as an internal expert by colleagues and partners.
  • Fluent English and German communication skills, both written and spoken.
