• To lead the day-to-day business in Controlling.
• Be a strong sparring partner for our Finance Director and internal departments and work closely with the European Headquarters.
• To take responsibility for the full P&L management (revenue and cost control) of our retail and web business.
• To assist in the planning and monitoring of the annual budget, reviews during the year, financial planning and ad-hoc simulations.
• To prepare regular forecasts as well as weekly and monthly reports.
• To prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as assisting in their execution.

• ... an affinity for analysis and reporting, a knack for revenue and cost management as well as the joy of working with various stakeholders and a passion for the beauty industry.

• A degree in business administration with a focus on finance & controlling.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of controlling, ideally in the retail business.
• A sound knowledge of monthly and annual financial statements, taking into account the guidelines of HGB & IFRS.
• A talented user of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with SAP.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, German would be a plus
