UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

Backed by top-tier investors and trusted by 1,400+ business customers, we’re looking to extend our design team —and we need YOU to help us build a team that drives this mission forward.

• Design User Experiences: Create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction.
• Own UI/UX Direction: Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver design solutions aligned with company goals.
• Own the Web Presence: Drive the design and optimization of Reonic’s website, crafting visually appealing, high-conversion pages that tell our brand story and attract new customers.
• Help at Building Design Systems: Contribute to the development of a robust design system to ensure consistency across the platform and website.
• Champion Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital assets.
• Research & Testing: Be a part of user research, user testing, and translating insights into actionable design decisions.

• 2+ Years Design Experience: You’ve designed user-focused digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Strong Portfolio: Your work shows clean, thoughtful interfaces that solve real problems.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in Figma, Storybook, and other modern design tools; basic CSS/HTML is a plus.
• Design Demeanor: You possess web-based platform design skills. Nice to have: Responsive web design skills.
• Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with engineers, product, and marketing to bring ideas to life and ensure designs are executed flawlessly.
• Startup Experience (Preferred): You thrive in dynamic settings and adapt quickly to change.
• Detail-Oriented: You have an eye for detail, whether it’s perfecting typography, color schemes, grid systems, or user flows.
• Clear Communicator: You present and explain design decisions confidently.
• Proactive & Driven: You take ownership and push ideas forward with ambition.
