We are looking for a team assistant/real estate agent (M/F/D) as soon as possible

- the landscape, building construction and interior designers, - tilers and kitchen fitters, - the gardening and landscaping contractors, as well as - the private client

to provide comprehensive advice, to assist in the selection of its products for outdoor, indoor and kitchen areas and to be available as a contact partner from the planning phase through to delivery and installation.

We are looking for a motivated & helpful working student (m/f/d) to support our team as soon as possible. Due to the different tasks, we are interested in both short-term and long-term cooperation.

• In this versatile position, you will independently take on administrative tasks, organize the office and act as an interface between management, customers and specialist departments. Your tasks will include scheduling, correspondence management, support in accordance with the MaBV, as well as checking and processing orders and invoices.
• Determining dimensions from building plans - Calculating & writing offers - General office work

• Ideal candidates will have training in the real estate or commercial sector, experience in the housing industry and strong organizational skills. Strong communication skills, service orientation and a confident handling of MS Office round off your profile.
• You can integrate well into a highly motivated and motivated team. - You can work independently and with commitment - You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Internet and e-mail.
