This is an incredible time to join the business as you will be joining a expanding Finance function based in Berlin and helping to build out finance processes and supporting company wide initiatives. • ## About the position:
• Manage and grow a team focused on tooling development. Provide great user experiences for our partners who integrate with and/or build on the Polkadot network. Define the roadmap and priorities for the team to have the biggest impact. Work with cutting-edge, decentralised protocols.

• Experience leading and growing teams of 10-20 people or more. Engineering background, ability to work effectively with protocol engineers. Application development experience, you know how to bridge the gap from low-level protocols to make a great higher-level application development experience. Ability to prioritise and identify the most impactful projects. Can develop solutions and product ideas from scratch and execute on their creation.
