Aufgaben

  • The Portfolio Manager is the commercial heartbeat of ZABEL. Their mission is to build and lead a portfolio of client partnerships across specialist technology and engineering markets, transforming relationships into long-term, high-value collaborations. More importantly we are looking for people who want to be part of our mission to transform ZABEL into a new powerhouse in the German market, taking the business from 0 to 100m in valuation by 2028. Making us one of Germanys fastest growing companies. We believe ZABEL should be owned collectively, you will be given hard equity in return for your results. This is a sales role, unapologetically so, but it’s the kind of sales that demands depth, precision, and mastery. At ZABEL, these people are our product : our Michael Jordan’s, Serena Williams, Roger Federer & Simon Biles Core Responsibilities: - Build, own, and manage a portfolio of 20 live client relationships within a defined technical vertical - Lead the commercial lifecycle: from introduction → engagement → repeat business → Key account - Partner with Strategist and Talent Partners to ensure flawless delivery and client satisfaction - Act as a strategic advisor, offering data, insight, and market perspective - Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts - Contribute to the wider performance culture — share wins, lessons, and discipline
