At OneFootball, we’re redefining how football fans consume live and on-demand content through OneFootball TV, our direct-to-consumer OTT platform. By partnering with broadcasters and streaming services, we deliver thousands of live matches, highlights, and VOD content every season to millions of fans worldwide, across mobile, web, and connected TV. We’re looking for a passionate, self-driven, and analytical professional to join the OTT Business Team, taking ownership of core-market strategy, content acquisition, commercial partnerships, and cross-functional execution. You’ll work closely with other market and project leaders, reporting to the General Manager OTT, and help shape the future of sports video consumption globally.
Aufgaben
- Analyse OTT market trends to identify shifts, opportunities, and risks that inform OneFootball’s go-to-market strategy and commercial approach across core and emerging markets
- Develop, manage, and optimise the local OTT partnership portfolio in alignment with the global OTT strategy, including negotiating distribution agreements with OTT broadcasters and league-operated streaming services
- Strengthen and expand existing partnerships with broadcasters, leagues, and federations by broadening collaboration areas (e.g., content, campaigns, product launches), monitoring operational and financial performance, and assessing long-term partnership potential
- Drive cross-functional alignment by coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Product & Engineering, Sales, and Streaming Operations, ensuring delivery against financial and non-financial market targets
- Lead and oversee new OTT initiatives, such as connected TV product launches, strategic cooperations with telcos and TV platforms, and expansion into new markets, providing visibility into a broad range of business opportunities and stakeholders
Fähigkeiten
- Strong passion for the streaming and sports/football space, with an entrepreneurial mindset and familiarity with broadcasting, OTT models (AVOD, TVOD, SVOD, FAST), and social media environments
- Professional experience in investment banking, consulting, or strategy/business development, ideally within media or adjacent digital industries
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills, including the ability to build business cases and navigate complex digital ecosystems
- Highly organised self-starter with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, multi-cultural stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
- High proficiency with standard office tools, including MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Apple Keynote
- Fluent in English, additional language skills such as German, Spanish, French, or Portuguese are a plus
