• Have you completed your bachelor's degree and are eager to kick-off your career? However, are you also interested in pursuing a master's degree? Either/or? Both!
• We offer the ideal solution: our PreMaster Program provides practical experience to help you earn your master's degree. This means that you will gain on-the-job experience with us, which you can later expand upon academically during your studies.
• As part of our System Integration & Testing Team, you will:
• Develop optical measurement technologies for calibration and performance characterization of innovative long-wave infrared (LWIR) sensors
• Design calibration methods for LWIR sensors under various stimuli and environmental conditions in a state-of-the-art lab environment
• Support the specification of series test technologies and transfer laboratory measurement solutions into high-volume manufacturing for real-world applications
• Characterize optical and optoelectronic components for infrared applications

• Personality: You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace ambiguity, and approach challenges with an exploratory and solution-oriented attitude
• Working Style: You enjoy working in agile teams and take initiative in fast-paced consumer electronics setting
• Experience: Hands-on experience in optical metrology and operation of related equipment (e.g., lasers); first programming knowledge in Python, MATLAB, or C++, including data analysis
• Languages: Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Microsystems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Photonics Engineering, or a related field
