• Implement SAP upgrades as a hands-on project manager.
• Create comprehensive project roadmaps that align with business goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure projects remain on track.
• Ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints while maximizing ROI.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and informed decision-making.
• Adjust to evolving project needs and deliver iterative improvements quickly.
• Support BPOs and other senior executives in the initiation of project ideas and project briefs.
• Plan projects, including setting goals and objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, and producing schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate internal and external project teams to keep projects on track and on budget.
• Identify and evaluate project issues and risks, escalating them to project sponsors and/or the steering committee in a timely manner.
• Report regularly on project status to project teams and sponsors.
• Facilitate project workshops and meetings.
• Ensure proper handover of projects to operations and close projects.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project briefs, plans, progress reports, and action trackers.
• Ensure adherence to EMEA Project Management guidelines.
• Develop project management guidelines and templates for the EMEA organization.
• Conduct regular project management training.
• Provide ad hoc advice to stakeholders and support their local projects.

• Proven experience in project management regarding IT systems and business application and/or business process implementation.
• Experience in both waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Solid technical background with detailed knowledge and proactive experience in SAP Upgrade, software development, and web technologies.
• Solid knowledge of project management tools; experience with Microsoft 365 tools is an advantage.
• Competence to communicate clearly and effectively with both IT and business stakeholders.
• Willingness to develop strong relationships to liaise effectively with stakeholders and project members.
• Experience as a business analyst prior to becoming a project manager is a bonus.
• Project certification (e.g., Prince2 or PMP) is a bonus.
• Experience and knowledge in implementation of enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft 365 product suite is a bonus.
