Aufgaben
- What Will You Do?
- In this role, you will support managers and HR teams across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa in recruiting sales, technical sales, and marketing professionals. The majority of your projects will however come from the Middle Europe business unit. Our recruitment process is centered around exceptional candidate care and finding the best talent, both in terms of skills and cultural fit.
- As the project leader, you will guide candidates and line managers from start to finish, ensuring timely, equitable, and high-quality outcomes. Different recruitment projects may require unique approaches, and you will collaborate with the business to determine the best path forward. This includes identifying and attracting potential candidates through job boards, sourcing, social media, networking, and referrals.
- A typical recruitment project will involve:
- Establishing job profiles, project plans, and conducting "handshakes" with management/regional HR.
- Announcing positions and finding suitable candidates through the most appropriate channels.
- Interviewing, evaluating, and qualifying candidates for line manager interviews.
- Guiding and supporting managers throughout the recruitment process, enabling us to “close”.
- Maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the project.
- Managing projects and ensuring quality control.
- Beyond delivering recruitment projects, you will also partner with managers and HR in the people attraction field. This includes providing training and proactive advice to the business units you support, specifically our Middle Europe business unit.
- While our need for recruitment services is high due to our growth, we aim to limit recruitment activities to 90% of your time. The remaining 10% should be dedicated to improvement projects and/or development, allowing you to contribute to other HR areas and initiatives.
- This position is based in Ismaning (near Munich), Germany, but you will work within an international HR team with colleagues across EMEA. Although most of the work is conducted virtually, face-to-face meetings and some business travel are integral parts of the role, fostering collaboration and business success.
