We have an exciting opportunity for a Dispatch Administrator , to join our team at our European Head Office in Raunheim, Germany.
***This role is initially offered on a 12-month, fixed term contract***
Aufgaben
- As Dispatch Administrator, you will ensure that the warehouse department provides an exemplary service to all areas of the business, ensuring that the functions are carried out in an efficient manner.
- Key duties:
- Receiving goods or services on behalf of the company in a polite and efficient manner.
- Checking all received goods for accuracy
- Updating the IT system.
- Distributing goods to the correct department in a timely manner.
- Issuing materials from the stores to any requesting department in a timely manner.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Liaising with the supply chain planner and/or manager over all issues relating to the correct and accurate control of stock.
- Carrying out all necessary administrative duties.
- Ensuring all manufactured orders received into despatch are checked for correctness.
- Ensuring that all required paperwork is generated.
- Ensuring the correct “stock product” items are picked from customer order or picking lists.
- Liaising with customer services or production control over any queries.
- Ensuring that all items are correctly packaged and despatched to meet delivery objectives and customer requirements

- 1. Solid working experience in a busy, warehouse environment.
- 2. Experience of working with computerised, stock control systems.
- 3. Flexible, positive approach
- 4. Ability to work as part of a team or under own initiative
- 5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- 6. Conversational English-speaking skills
