Aufgaben

  • About the Role We are seeking a Manager Omnichannel Digital Strategy Medical Affairs (m/f/d) to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital omnichannel strategy, empowering the Medical Affairs team to deliver impactful, customer-centric scientific communications and medical education initiatives.   • What You'll Do: As a key contributor to our Medical Affairs team, your responsibilities will include: Strategic Omnichannel Planning: Develop and execute omnichannel strategies to enhance engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and stakeholders.
  • Digital and AI Integration: Lead the implementation of cutting-edge digital and AI tools/platforms to support Medical Affairs activities and drive organizational transformation.
  • Content Development: Collaborate cross-functionally to co-create scientific content, ensuring alignment with our Global Medical Omnichannel strategy.
  • Data & Analytics: Implement feedback loops and AI-assisted analytics to continuously refine content strategies. Utilize AI modeling and real-world data to anticipate HCP knowledge gaps, emerging trends, and engagement opportunities, proactively delivering value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive strong cross-functional collaboration to align digital, omnichannel, and AI activities, ensuring consistent and well-timed engagement across teams.
  • Compliance Excellence: Ensure adherence to medical governance and regulatory standards in all digital activities.

Fähigkeiten

  • What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking professionals with the following qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
  • Basic Qualifications:
  • Digital/data/tech expertise preferably in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in in a technical or analytical field relevant to healthcare.
  • Alternatively a degree in a Life Sciences.
  • Skills:
  • Digital Tools Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare-related (AI) digital tools, platforms, and strategies.
  • Strategic Thinking: Passion for customer-centric medical communication, with the ability to translate insights into personalized engagement across the HCP journey.
  • Organizational & Communication Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Analytical expertise to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Veeva Vault) and the ability to evaluate and improve their application in Medical Affairs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and persuasion skills, ensuring successful collaboration at local and global levels.
