Aufgaben

  • Own the sales strategy and budget for key accounts – Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis – across Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Poland
  • Drive success in both German and English while building strong partnerships in the automotive aftersales sector
  • Design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and distribution centers across Europe
  • Plan and host events and customer meetings that make a difference
  • Represent the company at exclusive customer events
  • Develop creative initiatives to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty
  • Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and market analyses
  • Act as the proactive, solution-oriented link between the customer and the organization

Fähigkeiten

  • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • First experience in sales or key account management is a plus
  • Very good German and English skills (written & spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Analytical mindset and top-notch presentation skills
  • Communication talent, openness, and team spirit
  • Initiative, organizational strength, and a passion for responsibility
  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and aftermarket
