Aufgaben
- Own the sales strategy and budget for key accounts – Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis – across Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, and Poland
- Drive success in both German and English while building strong partnerships in the automotive aftersales sector
- Design and execute impactful sales and marketing campaigns
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and distribution centers across Europe
- Plan and host events and customer meetings that make a difference
- Represent the company at exclusive customer events
- Develop creative initiatives to boost sales and strengthen customer loyalty
- Prepare insightful reports, presentations, and market analyses
- Act as the proactive, solution-oriented link between the customer and the organization
Fähigkeiten
- Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- First experience in sales or key account management is a plus
- Very good German and English skills (written & spoken)
- Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel)
- Analytical mindset and top-notch presentation skills
- Communication talent, openness, and team spirit
- Initiative, organizational strength, and a passion for responsibility
- Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and aftermarket
