As a Junior Product Designer, you will bring a creative mindset to the heart of our engineering and product teams and play an essential role in impacting our products at TeamViewer.
• You are a fountain of ideas and a generalist designer who loves playing with new creative concepts, and design frameworks and has an innate product and UX/UI sense. You’re a passionate designer interested in learning new things every day and sharing big ideas, but who can fully create a mock and grasp technical aptitude to deliver impeccable design craftsmanship? You always search for the best design solution even if it means learning a new concept, uncovering new customer opportunities and use cases, and never forgetting that our design is user-centric — it’s all about people.
• Design product concepts that balance vision, business potential, and intuitive user experiences.
• Craft every detail for new product features from ideation to pixel-perfect execution.
• Work closely with our UX Research team and connect with our customers to understand their needs and integrate feedback into product roadmaps and design iterations.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries to drive your vision to the shipping line.
• Support our evolving design system intentionally as we scale.

• Previous professional experience in UX/UI design within a product or software development team.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed mockups to create clear and visually appealing human interfaces.
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
