We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a a Junior Sales Support (DACH) to join our B2B team and help us expand in Germany and Austria.
Aufgaben
- You’ll play a key role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring our clients receive a seamless experience.
- Support the B2B sales team in day-to-day operations and administration.
- Assist with client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup in our CRM system.
- Help prepare proposals, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, and Product) to ensure efficient processes.
- Track and maintain sales data, reporting on progress and KPIs.
- Contribute ideas to improve workflows and support the team in achieving sales targets.
Fähigkeiten
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or similar.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Tech-savvy and confident using CRM and office tools.
- Motivated to grow in a B2B sales career.
