• Lead and develop the BIM team, fostering technical growth and collaboration• Define and implement BIM strategies, standards, and workflows across projectsversee BIM execution plans and ensure alignment with projec t goals and client requirements
• Coordinate BIM activities across disciplines and project phases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for BIM-related topics with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
• Ensure model quality, data integrity, and compliance with industry standards
• Evaluate and integrate new digital tools and technologies (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks)
• Support business development and proposal efforts with BIM expertise

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field
• Several years of experience in BIM project execution and leadership, ideally in an internatio nal context
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360 / ACC, and other relevant BIM tools
• Proven experience in team leadership and strategic BIM implementation
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
