Customer Advisor for Social Insurance and Contribution Law (m/f/d)

Finance for Expats is looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor for Social Insurance and Contribution Law (m/f/d) to join our team in Hanover.

• Advise clients on social insurance and contribution law, enhance customer satisfaction, and support process improvements.
• In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert advice on insurance and contribution law. You will help us maintain our high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently, and by contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
• Client Consultation: Provide service-oriented and comprehensive telephone consultations to our clients regarding social insurance and contribution law issues.
• Insurance Evaluation: Assess insurance relationships in accordance with social insurance law and offer tailored solutions to clients.
• Digital Consultation: Actively promote and guide clients through the digital services offered by Finance for Expats.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure and enhance customer satisfaction through your professional and friendly approach.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of team processes and tasks.
• Project Participation: Participate in and help shape various projects within the company.

• Ideal for candidates with experience in social insurance or healthcare administration.
• Qualifications
• Education & Experience: Completed training as a Social Insurance Specialist or a similar qualification such as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of insurance, reporting, and contribution law. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Ideally, English skills at B2 level or higher.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas. Highly motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently.
