Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics , created under the Build with Ukraine initiative. For the first time, Ukrainian drones will be manufactured on an industrial scale in Europe, combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven technology with German industrial automation to create a new model of cross-border defence co-production: the German Model .

Quantum Systems specializes in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS is built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defense, security, public sectors.

Aufgaben

  • As an Electronics Test & Debug Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of electronic modules before final assembly. Your work will involve configuring, testing, and troubleshooting devices to meet technical specifications and quality standards.
  • You will work closely with stakeholders from Production planning, Flight Test, as well as Supply Chain, to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.
  • Our goal is to provide democratic armies, including the Ukrainian forces, with reliable tools to defend their countries and the values they stand for. Your mission at Quantum-Systems will contribute to this purpose and make a meaningful impact.
  • Configure and test electronic modules prior to final assembly.
  • Set operational parameters according to technical documentation.
  • Flash microcontrollers and update device firmware/software.
  • Perform debug analysis to identify and resolve faults.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to detect and correct defects.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation of test and adjustment results.
  • Contribute to the development of the production process and the testing department.

Fähigkeiten

  • Technical education in electronics, radio engineering, automation, or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, firmware flashing, and electronics debugging.
  • Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other measurement instruments.
  • Solid understanding of basic electrical circuit principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Professional skills of communication in English or German
  • Ukrainian language as a significant plus
