Ashcroft is an internationally renowned company that has been producing mechanical and electronic measuring instruments at its Alsdorf site for more than 40 years and distributes them worldwide. Our products are used in the process industry and in many areas of mechanical and plant engineering. Aufgaben

  • After an comprehensive training, you will be responsible for looking after customers from a defined customer base and expanding your customer base through targeted new customer acquisition in cooperation with our sales force
  • You form the commercial and technical interface between our suppliers and our customers in order to develop special, customer-specific solutions
  • You develop innovative solutions with potential customers and build sustainable business relationships
  • As the interface between the customer, product management and development team, you continuously promote product improvements and innovations
  • At the same time, you will support our sales representatives, colleagues at Ashcroft Europe subsidiaries and EMEA distributors
  • You advise our customers with diplomacy and finesse and create individual needs analyses, concepts and offers

Fähigkeiten

  • You have a degree in engineering (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • In the best case, you have already gained initial experience in technical sales, which is rounded off by strong communication skills, customer-oriented thinking & a self-confident, friendly demeanor
  • Through your daily use of Microsoft Office, you have a good knowledge of this. Initial experience with an ERP system can help you get started faster
  • You have excellent communication skills in interdisciplinary teams as well as consulting and problem-solving skills with regard to complex technical issues
  • Your strong communication and negotiation skills will convince customers to work with you with the aim of building sustainable business relationships
  • As you have the opportunity to work for the Benelux Market you speak fluent Dutch and French. Additionally you have a good knowledge of English and German.
