The Team

The Celonis Ecosystem team is building and scaling partnerships with Tech, Cloud, AI, and Professional Services firms to fuel Celonis' growth in non-linear ways. Within the Ecosystem, the Partner Acceleration team is to fuel those partnerships with the right GTM sales plays, embedding Celonis deeply into our partners offerings, drive business cases, value propositions and hence lead partner activation at scale. Our overarching mission is to foster self-sufficiency among our partners.

We are hiring for a Lead Partner Activation Manager - Artificial Intelligence to join our team, focusing on further refining and advocating our Process Intelligence x AI value proposition towards partners.

Aufgaben

  • The Role
  • As Lead Partner Activation Manager, you will be responsible for leading and expanding Celonis' activation efforts with partners around the world in the AI domain and ultimately drive partner interest and end client business around that domain to Celonis. You are our partners' trusted advisor, aligning Celonis' capabilities to their strategic goals and embedding the use of Celonis into their offering suite. The role involves building strong relationships, fostering trust, developing highly resonating value propositions, craft joint partner solutions, shape AI-transformation programs, and influence key business stakeholders. Success will be evaluated based on thought leadership, business impact and the creation of scalable solution strategies.
  • The work you'll do
  • Be the Ecosystem's thought leader when it comes to refining and evolving Celonis' AI-positioning and use cases, closely working with senior experts and executives
  • Evangelize Celonis' value proposition for a given domain across partner stakeholders, including public appearances, joint marketing efforts, etc.
  • Collaborate with Partner Management teams to create and execute partner-focused activation plans to accelerate Celonis' business in a certain market segment
  • Articulate Celonis' platform capabilities and value propositions to secure senior stakeholder buy-in, maintaining a highly business outcome-focused approach, and articulate how Celonis complements the AI tech stack
  • Collaborate with functional-, sector-, domain-, and account-leaders within our partner organizations to deeply embed Celonis into their (AI-) solutions and offerings, making Celonis part of the "consulting toolbox"
  • Team up with Partner Marketing to make value propositions, use cases, success stories etc. available in a scalable way
  • Drive joint thought leadership and marketing through whitepapers, market narratives, and industry insights, and joint events

Fähigkeiten

  • 5-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience in the areas of technology consulting and/or (AI) strategy consulting, Solution Engineering, Solution Consulting
  • The ideal candidate brings some initial exposure to software sales, business development and/or partner management
  • Exceptional communication skills towards technical, business and C-level stakeholders, incl. executive presence
  • Deep understanding of the AI landscape and ability to communicate the business value behind technical value propositions
  • Experience in consultative (sales) approaches with ability to quickly comprehend new topics and shape solution design accordingly
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving commercial outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to excite others and build strong relationships
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong self-motivation and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand the client's technical and functional challenges, and craft bespoke solutions
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
