Quantum Systems specialises in the development, design, and production of small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS). The company’s range of electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) sUAS are built to maximize range and versatility and to provide operators with a seamless user experience. By integrating cutting-edge software capabilities, like edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing, Quantum Systems is building next-generation UAS for clients in defence, security, public sectors.
Aufgaben
- As part of our marketing team, you will shape the digital visibility of our brand and ensure that our complex technologies are communicated online in a way that is clear, relevant, and easy to find.
- You will work closely with marketing, product management, sales, and customer success, taking ownership of our digital marketing channels with a strong focus on website performance, search engine marketing, and data-driven campaigns—bringing our solutions to life digitally. Our brand needs a voice that is heard loud and clear in the digital space.
- Responsibility for our website, including structure, content, performance, and continuous optimization
- Development and implementation of a sustainable SEO strategy (on-page, content, and technical optimization)
- Planning, management, and optimization of SEA and paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Analysis of user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion data to derive concrete optimization measures
- Close collaboration with content, design, and product teams to translate complex technologies into compelling digital content
- Ongoing development of our digital showroom and support of demand generation activities
- Ensuring consistent brand and messaging standards across all digital touchpoints
Fähigkeiten
- Completed degree in marketing, communications, business, or a comparable field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in online marketing with a focus on website management, SEO, SEA, or performance marketing
- Solid experience with common tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, CMS systems)
- Analytical mindset combined with a hands-on attitude and strong execution skills
- Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of taking ownership and responsibility
- Very good communication skills in both German and English
