Aufgaben

  • As Regional Supply Chain Manager, you drive end-to-end supply chain performance across Western Europe. You establish robust planning processes across all time horizons, strengthen logistics controlling and people capabilities, and lead scalable Supply Chain improvement initiatives in close alignment with Corporate Logistics and Operations.
  • Establish and lead integrated short-, mid- and long-term planning across operations and commercial teams (incl. S&OP and capacity management).
  • Drive logistics controlling, KPIs, and early risk detection, identifying upcoming operational or people-related issues at plant level.
  • Develop / execute training concepts for Logistics staff together with HR and strengthen the logicistics organization
  • Lead supply chain improvements, including Corporate implementations, automation projects, and regional OPEX initiatives.
  • Act as functional leader for country and local Supply Chain Managers and interface to Corporate Logistics.

Fähigkeiten

  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Logistics within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to complex, cross-functional operations.
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with proven leadership skills and a hands-on, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Based in Munich, Germany, with willingness to travel across the region.
