Aufgaben
- As Team Lead PLM (m/f/d), you’ll drive innovation at the heart of our digitalization strategy. Together with experts across departments and global locations, you will design and implement cutting-edge PLM processes, optimize IT interfaces, and introduce smart solutions that make a real impact. - Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Product Lifecycle Management team
- Designing and implementing future-oriented PLM processes as a core of our digitalization strategy
- Analysis, design, and optimization of IT system interfaces
- Advising internal customers on efficient business processes including documentation and revision
- Identifying and implementing optimization opportunities
- Implementing new or modified processes and software solutions
- Managing organizational projects, including international initiatives, with agile methodologies and project controlling
- Coordinating and administering an IT system as System Manager
- Continuous improvement of system-supported processes within defined release cycles
- Designing, facilitating, documenting, and following up on workshops
- Benchmarking and evaluating software suppliers
Fähigkeiten
- Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Ability to quickly familiarize with new processes and topics
- Analytical thinking combined with a strong solution-oriented approach
- Strong inpersononal skills with confidence and decisiveness in professional interactions
- Ability to communicate effectively across different organizational levels
- Team player with a strong customer focus
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent English skills (at least C1 level)
