For our division Henkell International we are looking for you as soon as possible.
Aufgaben
- Manage Travel Retail customers and ensure strong implementation and execution of brand, activation and business plans.
- Manage and coordinate annual pricing and listing negotiations, working closely with GTR stakeholders and Controlling to ensure optimal profitability
- Shape and drive growth‑oriented customer strategies, identifying opportunities within the channel and converting them into impactful business initiatives.
- Bring a growth mindset and lead commercial expansion efforts with enthusiasm, from acquiring new accounts to elevating existing partnerships
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to deliver seamless commercial execution
- Inspire and steer group-wide GTR projects and act as a Travel Retail competence center within the Henkell Freixenet group.
- Join an energetic export unit, lead by example and help shape the future together with the senior management team.
Fähigkeiten
- Degree in Business Administration or similar, plus 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Currently working in the GTR channel with an established network across key operators; wine & spirits knowledge is a plus.
- Strong business development skills, including experience in joint business planning.
- Excellent financial and analytical capabilities with proven P&L responsibility.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong initiative, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent English presentation and communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel internationally for events, fairs, roadshows, and partner trainings.
- Enjoy working in a flexible, multicultural team and contributing to a shared vision.
