We are currently recruiting for an Analyst Cash Management Systems for our Japanese Corporate Banking Division in Düsseldorf .

The MBE subsidiary based in The Netherlands is a network of branches (Germany Branch (Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Munich), Spain Branch (Madrid, Barcelona), Belgium Branch (Brussels), Austria Branch (Vienna)), managed from Amsterdam.

• Administration of cash related TB products (CMS) of the MUFG Bank (Europe) N.V. Germany Branch
• Support your line manager to conduct daily operation with great attention to accuracy and supervise junior staff
• Substitution of the Support Service (Technical Hotline)
• Contractual Work for CMS products (LCMS, GCMS+, FOREX, GPH, Cash Pooling, etc.)
• Product and service registration in respective systems (e.g. OVS, COMSUITE, GCMS+, GPS, FOREX, etc.)
• Customer, service and user registration in TRISTAN-Server (BVZ)
• Maintenance of control lists and system registrations
• Ticket registration and maintenance in ServiceNow
• Other tasks directly assigned by the DH

• In order to be successful in the role, you will need the following:
• Bachelor degree or similar finished education in finance area
• Good knowledge of German and English
• Organized and ensure accuracy in an effective time management
• Confident handling of MS Office products
