Motorola Solutions Germany GmbH are looking for a highly motivated individual for the position of Project Manager with a high degree of expertise and competence for complexity and integration within a large Full Turnkey project within Germany.

• The RoleThe Project Manager will oversee complex military IT-security projects, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective solutions while managing relationships with customers and subcontractors.
• Project Manager will:
• Proactively manage, steer and solve tasks for German military programmes with a high degree of complexity within the team, own organization as well as towards the customer and third parties such as subcontractors in the field of IT-security. Holistically approach the IT-security and take adjacent aspects into account
• Take responsibility for a holistic approach for both i nternal and external stakeholders; e.g. BSI and DEUmilSAA.
• Cooperate and collaborate with the customer's organization incl. all military branches
• Leverage synergies with neighboring programmes

• Basic Requirements
• Strong expertise in military and governmental IT-security topics
• Experience and wilingness to bring IT security topics to a solution, also with a hands on mentality
• Experience in German MoD projects with a high degree of technical complexity
• Resilience and result orientation obligatory
• Leadership competencies or willingness to acquire leadership competencies preferable
• Fluency in both German and English (high level of German obligatory)
• Technical integration expertise for German military programmes favored
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany (the role may require obtaining a security clearance)
