MR MARVIS is an Amsterdam-based men's clothing brand launched in 2016, dedicated to creating the perfect shorts, trousers and tops. We are the largest Dutch clothing brand with a B Corp Certification; a label which is only awarded to companies that demonstrably make a positive impact and contribute to a better world. You've probably spotted us in vibrant cities such as Amsterdam, Antwerp, Munich and Brussels and we have a strong online presence across Europe.

- ## About the job
- As a Style Advisor at MR MARVIS, you help customers find their perfect (out)fit. With your eye for detail and personal approach, you offer tailored styling advice while creating a warm, inspiring atmosphere that makes every visitor feel welcome and well taken care of.
- ## What's on a typical to-do list:
- Creating a great first impression by welcoming customers, engaging with them, informing them about our brand and store concept, and inspiring them to explore our collection;
- Advising customers on products, quality, heritage and size selection. You are knowledgeable and exude confidence;
- Providing expert advice with confidence and pride. This includes finding the right sizes for customers, and offering inspiring styling tips as a complimentary service.
- Going the extra mile to elevate the customer's shopping experience - whether that's pinning long trousers for tailoring or offering a coffee or refreshment.
- Ensuring the store always looks its best - inside and out.
Fähigkeiten
- Enthusiastic, energetic and commercially minded, as well as patient, flexible, and presentable?
- A good communicator who can genuinely listen to the customer?
- Customer oriented?
- Passionate about styling and not afraid to offer alternative products?
- Interested in Fashion and Retail and enthusiastic about MR MARVIS (experience in a service-oriented industry such as hospitality or retail is a plus)?
- Fluent in both German and English?
