Aufgaben
- Role Overview
- The Sales Development Representative at Stibo Systems is not your typical SDR role. You’ll be part of a team that not only qualifies leads and builds pipeline, but also contributes to strategic growth initiatives. This is your chance to thrive in a fast-paced IT/Tech environment and work with global leaders.
- Key Responsibilities
- Cover the DACH and BENELUX markets to drive sales and business development activities.
- Define and execute outbound prospecting strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive opportunities.
- Profile existing accounts for cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet monthly opportunity creation targets.
- You’ll join a global team of 12+ SDRs located across the world, each bringing unique perspectives and market insights. The team ranges from recent graduates to seasoned professionals. You will work in collaboration with a Senior SDR based in the Hamburg office.
Fähigkeiten

- Fluent in German and English. Dutch will be considered a distinct additional skill.
- First experience in Sales Development or similar role within an IT company / software vendor are appreciated.
