Neuraum operates Germany’s largest homebuilding marketplace. We are moving beyond discovery to build a platform that supports the entire homebuilding journey. Given how AI is changing search and discovery, we are focused on closing the efficiency gaps and fixing the fragmented experiences that currently frustrate both new home builders and building companies.

As Head of Product & Operations, you will lead this transformation. We start from a strong position as the market leader in the new home sector, supported by advanced matching algorithms, specialized software that manages the building process, and the industry’s widest reach.

• ## Your Role
• Your mission is to create value across both sides of our marketplace: guiding new home builders through the complexities of their construction journey while equipping building companies with the infrastructure they need to thrive in an online-first world. By strengthening these connections, you will ensure Neuraum remains the industry’s most trusted platform.
• ## WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Leadership & Team Development: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing product and operations organization capable of executing our long-term transformation. You will foster a culture of ownership, data-driven decision-making, and commercial accountability.
• Strategic Product Ownership: Build and execute the product vision and strategy, translating business objectives into a prioritised roadmap that addresses the market’s challenges and delivers measurable commercial value.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, leveraging data and user research to ensure the product solves real-world problems for both building companies and prospective new home builders.
• Operational Enablement: Own the systems and internal workflows that empower our teams. You will optimize our internal processes, systems, and tools to drive growth by leveling up our operational efficiency.
• End-to-End Ownership: Take full accountability for the product development—from discovery through to build, GTM, scaling, and impact analysis.

• ## What You'll Need
• Product Leadership: 8+ years of experience in Product Management with 3+ years in a leadership role, and a proven track record of driving P&L impact. You have successfully led product organizations in high-growth marketplaces or B2B SaaS environments.
• Marketplace Expertise: Deep understanding of multi-sided marketplace dynamics. You know how to balance the needs of supply and demand and have experience building products that bridge the gap between digital interest and physical transactions.
• Hands-on Builder Profile: You lead from the front and are willing to get your hands dirty. We are a lean team, and we need a doer who isn't just an organizer of other people's work, but someone who can dive into the execution to ensure we ship high-quality results.
• Systems Thinking: You understand how data flows, internal tooling, and automation aren't just technical assets but commercial levers that drive results, unlock customer value, and accelerate our team.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: You are highly analytical and thrive in an environment where data drives the strategy. You will leverage our significant data capabilities and infrastructure to surface insights that guide your decision-making at every level.
• Startup DNA: You thrive in lean, fast-paced environments where priorities can shift. You default to action, favoring a shipped solution that drives value today from which you can iterate, over a perfect one next month.
• Language: Professionally fluent German (C2) and English (C1+) in speaking and writing.
