We’re a fast-growing startup building at the intersection of finance, data, and AI—and we’re looking for a Sales Intern who’s eager to learn how modern B2B SaaS sales works and help us scale our go-to-market efforts from the ground up.
Aufgaben
- As a Sales Intern, you’ll work closely with our founders and go-to-market team to drive pipeline growth and support our sales processes. You will:
- Generate & Qualify Leads
- Research and identify potential customers CFOs, finance leaders, and operators), build prospect lists, and support outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Support the Sales Process
- Assist in preparing sales materials, pitch decks, and product demos. Join discovery calls and take notes to help move deals forward.
- Manage CRM & Pipeline
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, track deal progress, and help ensure follow-ups are timely and well-organized.
- Market & Customer Research
- Analyze target industries, competitors, and ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) to refine our positioning and messaging.
- Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with product and marketing to share customer insights and feedback that help improve our messaging and features.
- Learn by Doing
- Gain hands-on exposure to B2B SaaS sales, startup growth strategy, AI-driven products, and how early-stage companies scale revenue.

- This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in sales, startups, fintech, or AI.
- Commercial Foundations
- Strong interest in B2B sales, business development, or venture/startup environments.
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models or willingness to learn quickly.
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal).
- Organizational & Analytical Skills
- Structured and detail-oriented in tracking leads and tasks.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM systems HubSpot or similar is a plus).
- Ability to research industries and synthesize insights clearly.
- Mindset & Soft Skills
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Not afraid to reach out to new people and start conversations.
- Resilient and motivated by targets and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Nice to Have
- Previous internship or working student experience in sales, consulting, startups, or finance.
- Experience with outbound sales, cold emailing, or LinkedIn prospecting.
- Interest in AI/ML-powered products or financial software.
- Understanding of financial KPIs or basic business metrics.
